1、C型切片动刀盘：用于把瓜果切成不果厚度的片。

2、As 型切丝动刀盘：用于把瓜果切成丝。

3、F8型切条动刀盘：用于把瓜果切成条。

4、M型定刀盘：装在机体上固定不动，需与C型动刀盘配合使用，用于切瓜果粒。

5、P型刨茸刀盘：装在旋转的主轴上，用于干酪、面包、杏仁刨茸。
